No — we haul away debris, we don't perform demolition. You or your contractor does the tear-out; we clear what it produces, one load or on a schedule.
Can you leave a trailer on the job site?
Yes, and for most remodels that's the efficient route — filled at your own pace instead of coordinating pickups around your trades.
Can you handle heavy debris like concrete or tile?
Yes. Heavy material is priced by weight, since the landfill charges us by the ton — tell us roughly what it is and we'll give you an honest number rather than a surprise.

We drop a driveway-friendly dumpster trailer at your place, you fill it on your own schedule, and we handle the dump run. 3-day rental, $500 (12 ft) or $550 (14 ft) plus fuel — 1 ton of disposal included; $150 per ton after that. Fuel and any overage are quoted upfront — no surprises at pickup.
